All prices are correct at the time of the online publication and prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available elsewhere. Checkout will occur in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

The recipient of the parcel must pay any customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We have no control and cannot advice over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary country to country. We cannot accept returns on parcels where the customer does not want to pay customs or import duties. Please clarify with your local customs department for more detailed information prior to placing your order.

"FAITHFUL", “FAITHMEN”, “iAMFAITHMEN”, the store.iamfaithmen.com domain name, the logos, graphics and button icons used on our site and all graphics and designs shown or displayed in our merchandise including the “FAITHFUL” designs and clothing designs are trademarks belonging to FAITHFUL MUSIC SDN BHD.

If any part of this Agreement is found by any court to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be discounted and the rest of this agreement shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. FORCE MAJEURE

FAITHFUL shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure in carrying out its obligations to any customer for reasons beyond FAITHFUL’s control, including without limitation, acts of God, war or terrorism, natural disasters, charges in or compliance with laws, regulations or governmental policies and shortages of supplies and services. FAITHFUL may extend delivery of an order so affected without liability to the customer except for the return of any payment made by the customer to FAITHFUL with respect to any undelivered portion of the order so canceled.
